Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Scalardata and Members in connection with the use of the dating and matching-based mobile service “Flirting - Match & Chat” provided by Scalardata (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

2. Effect and Changes to the Terms

  1. These Terms shall take effect upon being posted within the Service or notified through other appropriate means.
  2. Scalardata may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  3. If Scalardata amends these Terms, it shall clearly state the effective date and reason for the amendment and provide prior notice within the Service or through other appropriate means. However, in the case of any amendment that materially affects or is unfavorable to users, Scalardata shall provide notice at least seven (7) days in advance.
  4. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may terminate the service agreement by withdrawing from the Service.

3. Supplementary Rules

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by Scalardata’s operation policies, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Terms of Use for Location-Based Services, and applicable laws and regulations.

4. Definitions

  1. “Service” means all functions provided by Scalardata, including dating, matching, messaging, and recommendations.
  2. “Member” means a person who agrees to these Terms and enters into a service agreement with Scalardata.
  3. “Profile” means data registered by a Member for the use of the Service, including photos, text, introductions, interests, and location information.
  4. “Paid Service” means digital products sold by Scalardata, including Hearts, Flirting, Undo, opening chat rooms, and recommendations.
  5. “Content” means all materials created or registered by a Member, including images, text, and messages.
